Google Analytics is a service offered by Google that generates detailed statistics about a website's traffic and traffic sources and measures conversions and sales. The product is aimed at marketers as opposed to webmasters and technologists from which the industry of web analytics originally grew. It is the most widely used website statistics service.

Facebook is a social networking website intended to connect friends, family, and business associates. It is the largest of the networking sites. It began as a college networking website and has expanded to include anyone and everyone.
Twitter is an online social networking service and microblogging service that enables its users to send and read text-based messages of up to 140 characters, known as "tweets".

MailChimp is an online email marketing solution to manage contacts, send emails and track results.
Instagram is an online photo-sharing and social networking service that enables its users to take pictures, apply digital filters to them, and share them on a variety of social networking services, such as Facebook or Twitter. A distinctive feature is that it confines photos to a square shape, similar to Kodak Instamatic and Polaroid images, in contrast to the 16:9 aspect ratio now typically used by mobile device cameras.
LinkedIn is a social networking site designed specifically for the business community. The goal of the site is to allow registered members to establish and document networks of people they know and trust professionally.

Once the most important part of Google's ranking system, but now one of hundreds of search engine algorithms, PageRank is an important part of search engine optimization (SEO) past and present history. PageRank is a link analysis algorithm applied by Google.com that assigns a number or rank to each hyperlinked web page within the World Wide Web.

Excel
Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet program which allows one to enter numerical values or data into the rows or columns of a spreadsheet, and to use these numerical entries for such things as calculations, graphs, and statistical analysis.
Alexa
If you've been around on the web long enough, you'll have definitely heard about Alexa. This company has been crawling the Web since early 1996 and freely offers traffic data, global rankings and other data about thousands of websites.

Bitly - coming soon
Bitly is a link shortening service that creates short URLs that redirect to the original longer web address. Especially popular on the microblogging site Twitter due to the social network's 140 characters per post limit, Bitly quickly became the most common way to shorten and share URLs on the service.

YouTube is the world's most popular video sharing website, and the second largest search engine. It not only allows users to share videos with the world and each other, but it also has social networking features that allow users to be friends with people with similar videos or tastes, send them messages, and share videos with them by in-boxing them.
