Getting started with HappyMetrix is really easy. Previously we had a version which needed to be downloaded. The new version is full web and no download is required anymore. Simply click on ‘Login’ and off you go. If you do not have an account yet you can create one simply with your own selected email and password.
Once connected, the fun part starts. Click on ‘Add Widget’ to visualise your online data. Currently GoogleAnalytics, Twitter and Facebook/Instagram are supported as online sources. These sources need to be connected to your account before you can visualise your data. Get connected to your online sources with your own login and password and you are all set to go.
Below we briefly explain how the widgets work to connect to online services like GoogleAnalytics or how you can connect to your own data sources.
How to connect to online sources with standard widgets
Click on the chain icon on the top right of your screen. Link to the online service you want to use and select. You will be asked to authenticate yourself in order for HappyMetrix to collect your data. (Please note that we do not store any of your data on our servers, we simply need this authentication for you to be able to visualise your data in the HappyMetrix dashboards).
Once connected you can access all the different data feeds available linked to your account and visualise them in one or more dashboards.
